I found this estate agent to be highly unprofessional and unscrupulous in the worst stereo typical estate agent way.All the usual estate agent falsehoods are gathered here in one office. Exaggerated discriptions,claims and prices.Fake competing offers appear and disappear as they please.Genuine offers fail to reach sellers, buyers are kept in the dark about known issues with properties being sold.Valuations are unreliable and unrealistic.All this is wrapped up in a rude and discourteous package.Godstone has many estate agents all of them are more professional and less time wasting than this lot.A perfect example why estate agents are so disliked.
Rayners do not respond to enquiries or issues. Would not recommend them as a property management company. Very reluctant to give even one star
