My wife wanted a particular ring. We had trouble sourcing the item form the usual high street Stores without attracting unnecessary complications and additional costs. So we went to see if Infinity could help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My wife received exactly what she wanted in every way: colour, style, price. Infinity really put themselves out for us and my wife is really happy with her ring. A really friendly and helpful shop with wonderful customer service.

I will always give this jewellers a 5 star. I shop here all the time, the products are beautiful with unique styles and fantastic quality. I definitely recommend this jewellers to anyone because the products are well priced and they have such a variety. I would also like to comment on the service as it is superb. The lady that runs the shop is always happy to help with any queries and she knows her stuff. Totally recommend.
If I could, I would give this a 0 stars, My finace purchased my engagement ring from the jewellers, was told it could be resized, so left it with the jewellers to sort. When he came to pick it up, a notice had been left on the door that the jeweller was going on holiday for a week.. but forgot to tell him that she was, long story short , they ring was not resized in time and my partner proposed with the ring to small , as it didn't fit , we took it back.The ring was ready in 2 days, however I knew something was wrong with it. we was charged 90, but got her down to 70, for my beautiful ring, that had been stretched and no material added in, even though "it had"My ring then broke a week later, the soldiering line snapped. I called and the manager, she didn't want to help. just gave me our money back. Now I have no engagement ring, and we are searching for a new one. Poor customer skills!!! lies!! do not use this store!!
