I joined SSP in September 2018. In five months, I have made brilliant progress in terms of my strength and fitness and have never felt so motivated to continue to improve.Through their expertise and experience, Dan, Ryan and the rest of the great SSP team have created a unique environment that takes it seriously, is goal-oriented yet completely un-intimidating and good fun.5 stars - I fully recommend to anyone wanting to Get Fit, Get Strong and improve their wellbeing.
I was really lucky to find this gym for my training. The team is so friendly and there to help you to reach your daily goal but responsible with their advice too. A gym in general is really important to me and this one is exactly what I would have expected, clean, perfectly equipped. I would choose this gym over any other one for sure!!Great Team!!!Thank you!
I used the 7 day trial and cant wait to join the gym, the classes are great and you can feel the exercises working straight away! Everyone is really friendly and help to motivate each other when training. Dan and Ryan are really nice and very knowledgeable, I felt such a difference even after a week compared with any other classes I have done.
So glad I joined this gym. Joined on the trial membership and haven't looked back. Dan and Ryan are very knowledgeable and really motivate you to push yourself each session! It has all the equipment you need and has small group sessions which are well layed out and really make you work hard! Highly recommend!
Have enjoyed the past few months here massively. As a beginner, the small group PT was a perfect fit and have found it very fun and can see the results!! Would recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves
