I always find the doctors, nurses and staff at this GP professional and efficient but also friendly and personable. I am grateful for the work they do and feel fortunate to have such a good GP surgery in my neighbourhood. Thank you to everybody who works there for looking after our health.

Phoned to get flu jab reception asked if I qualified, I said no but was willing to pay and was told so why do you want it then ? Most unhelpful clearly I replied because of all the publicity on the tv . This is not the only bad experience so hence bad review and rating would not recommend
Very poor service, easy enough to get an appointment, but the doctor was rubbish! He didn't seem to care at all both times I have seen him. He seemed more bothered about me leaving then to help. I felt like I was given pills for the sake of it, without being told what they'd do or why he'd picked them. Just very unhelpful and lacking knowledge which is worrying for a GP. Also I was staying at a different address from my own and needed an out of hours trip to the local hospital, the next day I received a phone call from this surgery demanding I should inform them I had moved and that I could no longer be a patient. I had to instruct them I hadn't and was just at another address to which they quickly ended the call. No care was given to if I was doing OK just if I'd moved I was no longer a patient.
Difficult to get an appointment, they aren't transparent about availability, hold appointments to be released at certain times but aren't clear about how to get these. Just a bit of a shambles, also difficult to get through on the phone!
