Before being recently taken over I was very satisfied with the Surrey Pet Cemetery. However, increasing the annual maintenance to 52 this year from 33.60 last year has somewhat soured the relationship.
Unfortunately another trip to Surrey Crematorium today but again a fantastic service. Kind, compassionate and so much time for their clients. Incredibly professional and as always I would use again when the time comes.
Friendly, helpful staff and lovely location. On my visit there I never felt rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely, peaceful grounds to walk around.Would definitely recommend Surrey pet crematorium

Very rude ! The owner or management, ignore & wont even take your call to speak to them.Very poor company, even though there suppose to be in the compassionate side of business ! Makes me larf.Avoid !Yes please, discard.
