Nice people's or thieves with a smile but highly overpriced or taken me for a ride... 120 for an oil change and filter of 5.5Litres...almost the same capacity of oil as ford focus with little differenceI get a oil change every month when you put out 10K miles a month...I've never paid more than 70-80 inc vat in over 50-100 Oil changes on different vans...Small garage range is about 40-60.... Kwik-fit is 62.50-70 and Halfords charge around 65I had a full service and inspection at Main dealers last year for 150 Total charge is : 200-300% roughly of Market prices If you go abroad like America, franchised shops will change oil for $20, it's the most basic and routine part of running any vehicle...If you consider that then the difference can be upto 600% but we're not in America Labor charge at 32.50..It includes undoing one bolt to drain oil and unscrewing filter and putting another one on...no more than 5 Mins + add 5 more min for oil to drain and put new oil in...you don't even need to lift vehicle because of high ground clearance...Service light also not reset...apparently DPF light interferes with service light...I don't know a single vehicle on planet earth with this issue but a quick Google search said to how to do it and it worked ( combination of pressing gas and brakes with ignition on clears the code) think someone with years expertise might know but it took me less than 5 min from researching to removing it... Sometimes it's easier to pay up and get out instead of dealing with people's drama such as this but I'm going to send a copy of invoice to local council with details because while I may not be poor at all but instead of me, there could be a lovely 70 Year grandma on her pension who finds a surprise bill for a oil change and then can't afford to eat...I can sleep like a baby at night knowing that maybe I contributed to preventing something

Called ahead to say I had broken down and they were happy to take my car in. Work completed in my car within 4hrs. As always an excellent service. Professional and completely trustworthy, totally recommend this garage to others.
Turned up today having booked to have a tyre done at 9 am. Nobody there. When we rang the number very rude on the phone and no offer to assist us in re booking. Would never trust them or go back. Nothing wrong with being polite. Customer service is key. Whoever answered the phone today needs to learn this.
