Expensive and poor quality food. I order cream tea, tea was cold and cream came in a very small paper pot, scone was not fresh it was frozen and you can taste the difference. You pay fresh price get a frozen product. The manager get calling my mother dear ok dear anything else you want dear how are you dear. Oh dear what poor manners, I will not recommend this place. If you want to pay for fresh and get frozen the green rooms are for you. Not great value and service when I visited was lacking. Dissatisfied experience and unreasonable prices.
Wow, what a great place for a chill, food and coffee. The price might be a little bit on the expensive side but it's worth it. Top quality is always is. Great job !!! Well worth a trip. I had the sausage "fun fair" . Tasted incredible!!!!
I never write reviews of any kind but I went to this lovely cafe with my friend who have recently lost her newborn baby. I offered to treat her to a nice lunch and she chose the Green Rooms of Godstone because it was one of the last places she went to with her baby before he past away. On arrival my friend went to Jeremy to express how special this cafe was for her family and the memories she built with her son there. Jeremy was so comforting and kind to my friend. He was very welcoming, offered support, gave us free lunch and fantastic service.Me and my friend were so impressed and touched by Jeremys kind words and hospitality. Thank you Jeremy, you made our day!
Great food! Service is relaxed and very attentive. I'm judging by Australian standards, which are high...these guys are fantastic. Highly recommended. Place is funky too and they play good music.
My favourite place for a weekend brunch. Always get a very warm welcome as soon as you step through the door (Jez clearly LOVES what he does), dietary requirements well catered for, and the food is amazing. However... in some ways the Green Rooms have become a victim of their own success, so are frequently quite busy. If you want to eat lunch at lunchtime, get there for 11.30. I promise it's worth the wait.
